Our room was nothing short of spectacular—immaculately clean, spacious, and beautifully furnished. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view from our window of [mention any landmarks or scenery] was breathtaking. Every little detail, from the plush towels to the high-end toiletries, made us feel pampered. The hotel amenities exceeded expectations. We loved the rooftop pool, which offered both relaxation and amazing city views. The front desk was just excellent. As I had my elderly grandparents with me, I had to make sure about their comfort including their alighting from the vehicle, wheel chair and escort to the room etc. The team at the lobby including concierge, security and front desk are super courteous. It was a smooth check-in and check-out including services by porters, without any extra wait time. The room are spacious and modern. Had to leave early, so requested a packed breakfast. The restaurant called up to inquire about the requirements and the contents were ok. Didn't really liked the packaging as available from other star hotels like ITC etc

The 2 guys from reception Mehul and the other one were really prpfoessional and helpful,I Like their pool sp I went for a dive 2 hour after I checked in It was cold even the weather was so hot so it feels so refreshing that time.. the next morning I just didnt like the girl approach who is incharge in welcoming the guests in breakfast,I forgot her name,she needs rest I need to improve her way of dealing w the guest..but the manager in the restaurant, it was the other woman who approach each guest made sure we enjoyed our meal. All in all a reall 5 star stay.. kudos

Breakfast had a big selection of continental and Indian breakfast only thing was people were leaving the covers off and food was only warm but everything was excellent. I had lovely stuffed paratha and the waiters were absolutely brilliant very polite and very friendly. Keep smiling guys.
